Disney I

Okay, so we woke the kids up early the first full day at Disney, and went down for breakfast.

Mickey & Mickey!!!

 

It was a rainy, yucky day, so we kind of lucked out because the park wasn't that crowded when we got there. We were able to get on most (if not all!) of the rides we wanted, and see some characters (we were nervous about Henry right up until the time he walked up to Pluto haha), and we did it all before noon!

And in a move totally out of character, the kids wanted to go on a roller coaster! I told our agent not to even bother with the thrill rides because our kids are wimps...well, they showed us! Their favorite rides were the roller coasters, especially the one we had to sneak Henry on haha (he was 39.5" and 40" is the limit--so close!)

It stopped raining, and we went to the character parade...needless to say, Charlotte loved it. Henry didn't care for it--it was too loud and there were too many characters for him. He just faced backwards in the stroller haha.

Pure joy & excitement!

Once it got really crowded, we decided to head home for a nap (Henry and mommy), and some pool time (daddy and Charlotte). After nap we all met at the pool, even though it was freezing haha

We had dinner at the Grand Floridian, and then headed back to Magic Kingdom for the parade and some more rides (shorter lines!). When we got back to our room, we realized we could even watch the fireworks show from our window...not too shabby :)
