So Thankful

I am so very thankful as we celebrate Thanksgiving this year…I have the most amazing children in the world (not that I am biased or anything), and I am so incredibly lucky to watch them grow and become these adorable and curious little beings. Nothing in the world makes me happier than watching Charlotte and Henry play together, smiling and laughing at each other (even though it usually turns into tears!)…I literally feel as if my heart could explode.

I am thankful for Jon, who takes “fatherhood” to a totally different level and who is a true partner to me in every sense of the word…our kids are so lucky to have him as a daddy, and I am lucky to have him as a husband.

I am so very thankful for our parents, who drop everything to help us and open their doors whenever we need them, and who are always there to hug and kiss and play with the kids.  I love that Charlotte and Henry have so much love in their life.  

And I am thankful that we are able to spend the holiday with our families…our siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and even our two great-nieces!!! And I am especially thankful that my grandmother will be spending the holiday with us…I love that Charlotte and Henry get to be with their great grandmother for a few days—so special!

I love my family, my friends, my house…we are truly very lucky this Thanksgiving, and always.
