Charlotte’s Thanksgiving Show

Charlotte’s school had a Thanksgiving show today. It was very cute…the kids were so excited. Here are some pictures and videos (and yes, I totally understand that only a mother would deem some of these clips worthy of taping, haha).

Show intro

Hello song

Stick song

This was funny…notice Charlotte tell me that “Molly broke her arm” in front of the whole audience :)

Gobble gobble song

Hello Mr. Turkey

After the show, the kids got to have a snack…rice crispy treats, a really authentic Thanksgiving meal, haha.

And then it was time to take some pictures :)

Silly cheese face!

And this was right before the turkey’s head fell to the ground…kind of fitting, huh? We decapitated the turkey, haha.

It was funny, because after Charlotte’s teacher saw me taking this picture of her, she came up and said “you should really think about signing her up for modeling”. I told her that she should’ve seen her behavior on Sunday when we were attempting a family photo shoot, and then she wouldn’t be making that suggestion, haha.

Anyway, it was a very cute day, and was totally worth driving into RVC for it. We also got to see the progress on the bathroom, and it is looking good. Only a few more days left, I think, and we can hopefully be home after the holiday! Miss our nest :)
