We had our first real snow storm of the season today. This morning, it was coming down so hard...I don't think I've ever seen snow like that! On the walk to school, Henry was crying and saying "I HATE snow!" (As Uncle Ray said, "what child hates snow?!), and Charlotte was uncharacteristically quiet, just trying to stays dry. I had about 1.5" of snow on my head, jacket, etc. by the time I got back to the house...insanity. But throughout the day it slowed and got more wet, so by this afternoon we only had a small amount left.
When Charlotte got home, we decided to head outside and play for a while...as usual, it takes about 2 hours to get dressed, and then the kids only play for 10 min and ask for hot chocolate...but I was fully expecting that :)

So they had a good time, for a few minutes at least haha. I did hear we might get some more snow this weekend, so maybe we will attempt a snow man ;)
