Snow Day

We had our first "big" snowfall a few weekends ago…the kids had a blast.

Here are the kids right after they woke up…chomping at the bit to get out there! :)

…and he pretty much didn't stop for the rest of the time we were outside!

Jon went over to help the neighbors shovel their driveway/sidewalk, and Charlotte figured it was an opportune time to do snow angels on his property :)

Henry and I had to go in after a little while (mommy and Henry were both cold, and his mouth was as red as could be from eating snow for so long!).  Jon and Charlotte stayed outside to make a snowman, named "Frost" (not "Frosty", Charlotte said, "just Frost").  Here they are hard at work!

Fun day, followed by some hot chocolate.  And then 60 degree weather the following week…bizarre :)
