Charlotte & Henry have been really sick for pretty much a full month...first it was the stomach virus that got all of us, and then it was a horrific cough/cold/ear infection, etc etc. Just pretty much never-ending. Charlotte started feeling sick the night of her birthday, just as Henry was starting to turn a corner, so needless to say our entire spring break was pretty boring and not at all fun :(
HOWEVER, today the weather was amazing and it finally felt like spring!!! We went to Long Beach and had a great day...here are some pics.

This is what happens after a big day at the beach and lunch at Five Guys :)
After our beach adventure, I was taking Henry to the first day of running. Charlotte was just coming to watch, because she was still really sick and had an awful cough. Well, of course, we got there to pick up the race shirts and stuff, and Charlotte decides she's better and wants to run. Against my better judgment, I relented...but I really shouldn't have, she was dying the whole race and really felt awful afterwards. Ugh. Nonny mommy :(
Anyway, this was pre-race...I love how whenever they are in a crowd they stand so close to each other. Like they are protecting one another, all 70lbs of them combined haha

And Charlotte's...Henry was trying to encourage her, but not so much smiling going on here. Only 3 girls finished after her, and she was NOT happy about that. But then again they probably didn't have bronchitis either :)
So, I'm really hoping this is the start of a healthier and more exciting season for the Rocafort clan!!! :)
