Tiny Dancer

Charlotte had her first dance recital a few weeks ago.  Me, Jon, Mamie and Grandma went to see her performance (Henry was sleeping!), and it was absolutely adorable.  We weren't able to take any videos, but I ordered a DVD of the performance so I will put it on the blog when I get it.  In the meantime, here are some pics...

Just slightly excited :)

Outside of the middle school, where they had the recital.  Probably shouldn't have put her in the sun haha.

Group shot at the end of the recital

She was SO incredibly excited about her trophy.  She couldn't stop talking about it, and didn't put it down for about 48 hours haha.  I told her that I should get a trophy for doing her hair.  She didn't agree :)

So sweet

And of course I had to take a few shots outside...

Can't take the cuteness :)

So proud of my goose

After the recital, we asked Charlotte where she wanted to go to celebrate, and she chose Cabo.  Here she is with her babies…multi-tasking, as usual!  Funny thing is that I used to prop Henry's bottle up like that when I needed to do something for her when I was feeding him, haha.

Being silly with daddy

Twinsies!

This is Henry's "cheese" face.  I kid you not.  I tell him to smile for the camera, he says "cheese" and makes this face.  I think it was better when he refused to look at the camera haha.

At least Charlotte is really smiling :)

Last (unsuccessful) attempt at a group shot

After dinner, we got the kids some ice cream…happy kiddos.

Image 17

Henry was less interested in the ice cream, and more interested in turning around in his seat and being a total ham!

Charlotte felt that a spoon was unnecessary :)

So anyway, we had a fun day…the show was really cute, Charlotte was so proud of herself, and we had a great family dinner and dessert.  Lucky kiddies and parents! :)

Xoxoxo
