We had a great Halloween, even though Henry was still a bit under the weather. This morning, Charlotte’s school had a parade and then a party for all of the kids/parents. She had an absolute blast! Here are some pictures and videos…
My little Dorothy
With Toto outside the house
This is how we went to school…
Excited for the parade!
Here they come! Marching around the school :)
And some videos of the parade…
With mommy after the parade…ready for the party!
Getting her hands painted…she got a rainbow and flower
My love
With Miss Christina…Charlotte loves her!
And here are videos of Charlotte dancing in Miss Christina’s classroom…too funny.
And after we came home from the party, Poppy came to visit! Charlotte was so excited, screaming “my Poppy, I love my Poppy, I missed my Poppy!” as she ran to the door :)
Here is a picture of Poppy wearing Henry’s costume, haha.
Apparently, parades and parties make Charlotte very tired (don’t mind the finger in her nose, haha).
She could barely keep her eyes open before her nap.
Then, after their naps, we went trick or treating for a bit…it was pretty cold by this point, Henry was cranky and wouldn’t keep his hat on, so we didn’t last very long. Charlotte didn’t really know the difference…she was happy with the little bit of candy she did got (which I promptly took away…and she never mentioned again).
Here is the only picture I have with Henry’s mane :)
Which was promptly (and quite angrily) ripped off
This is how Henry went trick or treating…no hat, just looking for animals to bark at :)
So excited to be trick or treating
She looks so little up there! My dew drop…
Henry was clearly in the midst of chewing his Ritz cracker, but it is one of the few I have of both of them!
Stop trying to put this stupid thing on me!!!
Stopping to smell the flowers :)
Charlotte was so brave…went right up to all of the scary Halloween decorations. One house even had really scary music playing (I was scared…it was of people screaming bloody murder), and she just said “mommy, it isn’t real” and walked right up to the house!
No expression whatsoever
Attempt #237 at a good picture of us
Every block or so, Charlotte had to stop and count her candy…might explain why we didn’t get very far!
The only pictures where you can see Henry’s little tail :)
And that pretty much concludes Halloween 2011! :)
Hard to believe that last Halloween Henry was just a few months old, and Charlotte had a broken leg! Here is a quick walk down memory lane :)
With my pumpkin and Snow White
Dancing one-legged at Mommy & Me
Henry napping on the couch
Snow White
Trick or treating with Uncle Ray
Hope everyone had a very Happy Halloween! :)
Xoxoxo
