Being that this is my first year since 2006 not being in law school, you would think I would be ahead of the game when it comes to holiday preparation…alas, that is not the case. With 36 more days before Christmas, I have yet to buy a single present (the lists I have going in my blackberry memo pad show that I’ve at least thought about getting presents, however)! I also haven’t designed or ordered our holiday cards, but now that we got our professional photos back, I think it is time to get on that.
Since Jon and I got married in 2004, I’ve been a big fan of Shutterfly’s photo gifts (actually, maybe even before that…I can’t remember what year it was when I bought Mamie a throw blanket with a huge picture of my face because she refused to keep pictures of me—her only granddaughter—in her house!). Anyway, after our wedding, we made lots of photo books, for ourselves and for family/friends. And every year since, I have done some project…last year I did calendars. This year, well…see above—I haven’t gotten that far. But I did spend some time looking at the Shutterfly website tonight for holiday cards, and here are some of my favorites:

I really like this one, but I think I prefer flat cards to folded???

This one kind of reminds me of the one we did last year…maybe that is why I like it!

I like this one, but probably wouldn’t be able to find 6 pictures I like!

Love this…it might be the one!
Now I just have to find the right pictures…that will have to wait until tomorrow, because I am exhausted!
Have a blog and want 50 free 5×7 folded or flat holiday stationery cards? Check out this link! I did and will receive 50 free cards for writing about my favorite designs!
