Hewitt Fair 2015

The Hewitt Fair is the biggest fundraiser of the year, and always a good time. It is a LOT of work, from baking to assembling baskets, to having parents work the games and sales booths, etc. But it's always a great event.

This year it was absolutely frigid and even started snowing at one point! After working my booth after working ticket sales, in the cold, wind and shade, I honestly thought I had frost bite. Not fun. But the kids had a blast, especially Charlotte. This year she really thought she was hot stuff, because she had a LITTLE bit of independence...we let the girls walk around together without us (even though we were watching!). She was strutting around like she owned the place haha. Anyway, here are some pics...

Decorating committee! Painting pumpkins the day before the fair

Henry loved painting the pumpkins...

...and started to take some creative license with his designs :)

Admiring his work
The girls putting the finishing touches on their pumpkins

Attempting a pic of all of the volunteers!

The next day when we got to the fair, Eloise couldn't believe there was a petting zoo!!! She was in complete shock haha

Such sweet girls...Gabrielle, Alison, Charlotte & Lexi
All bundled up!
Here are the kids dancing and eating lunch haha

Unfortunately for Charlotte, there was no hula hoop contest this year...but it was still a fun and successful day :)
